Dude, dude, who would win in a fight Spiderman or Batman? Ironman vs. the Daredevil? King Kong vs. Godzilla? Ben Roethlisberger or the US Winter Olympic Team? Now you can judge for yourself. The Olympic site has a flashier design and more subject matter directly related to what you'd expect to find there--Hockey, skiing, snowboarding. Cammi Granato's posts are pretty solid. Roethlisberger's blog is notable for several reasons. It's a very simple TypePad site. That's kind of cool. It would have been easy for him to have a glossy, official site on the Steelers' website, or one that was written by an intern or whatever they do for things like this in the NFL. Instead, we've got a site filled with pictures of the guy's dog, seemingly random fans or teammates (taken from Ben's cell, of course), as well as a complete lack of fear of using numbers in words. The site is also commendably over-gracious to the fans, which is kind of nice to see, particularly in contrast with the Steelers' Pennsylvania neighbors.
On an unrelated, but perhaps more timely note, Lance Mannion takes up on the matter of A-Rod as MVP.
